Tell us about yourself - parent, entrepreneur, favorite hobbies, the things that keep you happy :)

I'm a mom of twin sons and a daughter, all under four! This year, I left my analytics career to launch Lilvil, a concierge service for busy parents. It enables parents to quickly outsource tasks such as meal planning, childcare research, gift shopping, and more! In my limited free time, I love to sew clothes and garden. It's so fun to teach my kids about where our food comes from. I also love to travel, but haven't yet worked up the courage to take three little ones on a plane!

What was the best or worst piece of advice you received during your pregnancy /while raising your children? And what would you love to pass on to other mamas/parents and soon to be?

My mind goes to so much bad advice. After my twins were born, I hated hearing "Sleep when the babies sleep." It's not that simple - yes you need sleep, but you also need to eat and shower, and you can't magically snap a finger and fall asleep anytime.

Livlil founder, Megan McGowan.

I created Lilvil because I was burnt out and when I tried to find help, it required a lot of time and/or money. Lilvil makes it easy to outsource your to-do list and guarantees high-quality service. It also creates flexible work for moms, enabling them to work when it works best for them. There is that old saying "It takes a village to raise a child" and Lilvil is the modern version of that village - we're here to make parents' lives easier.

What is your favorite mama/parent moment?

So many! My sons are 18 months and learning so much everyday. It's so fun to hear them use new words and watch them learn how to do something new. They are literally changing right before my eyes!
